Your agency is a complete, closed space: its assistant, its Knowledge, its properties, mandates, viewings, exchanges, address book and public site.
NOTHING CROSSES FROM ONE AGENCY TO ANOTHER
Isolation is enforced by the database itself, which refuses any read outside your agency — it does not depend on a filter on a screen.
ITS DETAILS
In Settings › Workspace: the agency's public name (the one your clients read), its address, and its legal entity, used only for your quotes and invoices.
